These last couple weeks I've been experimenting with sprouting spring onions.
It is SO EASY!
You simply save the bulbs of the spring onions while your preparing them, preserving just a little bit a green above the white.
Soak them in a cup of water to help revive them.
Plant them in a pot in a sunny spot and water once a day.
This is after 10 days.
I've already planted another round and I'm allowing the first set to regrow after I clipped off the tops once for stir-fry. They are so fresh and delicious!
