Thank you cards

Its a new year! Welcome to 2013!!

The holidays have come and gone and now its time to write up the thank you cards.....at least that's what I've always heard. I think I still have old baby shower thank you cards floating around here unfinished somewhere.....but hey its the time of year for making new commitments and resolutions so why not start out with a show of appreciation & gratitude.

It was actually good timing for this project as Moonflower discovered the special & cool letter stickers that I'd been saving for a fun project like this.

Supplies:

colored cardstock (8½" x 11" )

stickers & markers

photograph (4" x 6")

ribbon

tools:

hole punch

glue

It's super easy!

fold the cardstock in half

make two hole punchs in the top about 1 ½ inches apart.

tie your ribbon through the holes and make a large bow

glue/tape the picture in the bottom, I actually used sticky corners on these

Help your child decorate it.

Moonee loves to use stencils!
We found colored pencils work best.

We had alot of fun making these. Learning how to spell thank you and talking about how it makes us feel when people do nice things for us. Moonflower choose all the colors and put the stickers on himself.
